A Venice landscape company, led by its founder.
Founded in Venice, Florida, Floyd's Landscape Designs serves homeowners and communities across Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties who want a real transformation, not just upkeep.
Founder and principal designer Garrett Floyd has deep roots in Southwest Florida. He leads every project personally, from the first walk-through to the final cleanup, and stays on site with the crew while the work gets done.
Most of our work comes from neighbors recommending us on Nextdoor and Google. We keep it that way by listening first, pricing fairly and leaving every yard better than we found it.
How we work
A plan, not just a shovel
Every project starts with a personal walk-through to understand your style, your space and how you want to use it. Design work comes with a 2-D plan before anything goes in the ground.
Built for Florida
We know the climate, the sandy soil and the plants that handle summer heat and rain, and we choose them so your yard keeps looking good after we leave.
Built to last
From lighting and irrigation to full yard renovations, we care about doing the work properly, cleaning up after ourselves and leaving every yard better than we found it.
We believe your yard should be your favorite place to be.
